Shipping


Our shipping costs are determined by both the size of the package and the delivery location, with prices ranging from $10 to $150 for New Zealand-wide shipping. We categorize the items into five groups: accessories, small, medium, large, and extra-large products. We adjust the shipping costs based on the destination – whether it’s the North Island, South Island, or a rural address.

All products we sell are currently in New Zealand, ensuring you can expect your order to arrive a few days after your purchase.

We entrust our deliveries to NZ Post, providing tracking capabilities for your order. Delivery duration typically ranges from 2-5 days depending on your location. For customers in Auckland, we offer a same-day pickup service at our Greenlane/One Tree Hill area and Rotorua locations.

We aim to dispatch all hydroponic system orders within 1 business day of the order being placed. Most of our deliveries are fulfilled by NZ Post.

IMPORTANT: Tracking numbers are provided after your order has been processed and dispatched. Please avoid contacting us immediately after ordering to request your tracking number. The tracking code is only available once the package has been shipped.

To track your order, please input your tracking code on the NZ Post website. This tracking code will be sent to you via an email titled ‘Your Order Has Now Been Shipped’, typically sent 24-48 hours after your purchase.

Returns

If a product arrives damaged, we commit to replacing any defective components. However, in some cases, we may first request the return of the damaged part for our inspection before we send out a replacement.

Products are eligible for return within a 14-day window from the date of purchase, provided they remain unopened and unused. We cannot accommodate returns for products that have been used or in instances where the buyer has simply changed their mind. The customer is responsible for any damage or faults arising from improper assembly or misuse of the equipment.

The customer will cover the cost of return shipping. In the event of receiving a faulty product and a replacement part is not available, we request that the product be returned to us, at which point we will process a refund.
