    Just add your seeds and water to your Microgreen Grow Trays and you are good to go. The option of purchasing a lid helps keep the growing environment moist and also helps keep in heat. We recommend using lids if you live in a place with cooler temperatures.   Please note that the trays with lids are slightly larger.

    What are Microgreens?

    Microgreens are nutritional supplement, a visual enhancement, and a flavor and texture enhancement. Microgreens can add sweetness and spiciness to foods. Microgreens are smaller than “baby greens” because they are consumed very soon after sprouting, rather than after the plant has matured to produce multiple leaves. They range in size from 2.5 to 7.6 cm and are considered a specialty genre of greens.

    • Please note Micro Green Trays only require water to grow and therefore hydroponic fertilizer is not included.
